We don't know each other (I am friends with your Aunt Lisa), but my heart is breaking for you.  I can tell you I know the feeling of losing a child as I lost my daughter.  Please take comfort in knowing that your precious Jacob is being cradled in GOD's arms and your pain will ease.  You have a very special guardian angel that you will see and hear from more often then you think.  GOD be with you and your family in your time of sorrow.
