Parker, James Dell Sr., 93, of Seale, AL, formerly of Tampa, passed away on January 12, 2016.

Mr. Parker was the owner of Precision Refinishing Inc. of Tampa Bay. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens, Brandon.
