She is survived by her husband, Butch Lowe; son, Chuck Lowe; brother, David Simpson; grandkids, Ashley Lowe, James Taylor, Brittany, Toby, Annie, Charlie, Nicole, Lily, Lisa, Jennifer, Brandon Taylor, and several others; great-grandkids, Dixie, Leonna, Madison, Baily, Grace, James III, Chloe, Brantley, Zahra, and several others; several cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Went home to son, Eugene Lowe; mothers, Beulah Simpson, Pinnie Lowe; fathers, Charlie Simpson, Houston Lowe; sisters, Mikelena Lowe, Ester Simpson; brother, James Lowe.
A Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida. Interment to follow in Seffner Cemetery, 605 East Wheeler Road, Seffner, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
