We were so saddened to hear of Jose's passing.  Jose, was one of the sweetest, most kind-hearted man that  a person could ever meet.  We had the pleasure of being his neighbor for 14 years when our children were growing up.   His beautiful smile lighting up the whole neighborhood.  He will be so greatly missed.  Our prayers are with his sweet wife and whole family.

I remember this wonderful man and his wife as my very  1st listing in the real estate business. They happened to walk in to our office and I was the one on duty. We immediately hit it off and went  to lunch. We became fast friends with his infectious smile and kindness .  Later we became  neighbors.  He always made us feel like we were part of the family.  His roasted pig parties were always mouth-watering!  I will always remember him as an amazing man who loved his family more than anything.  His life was well lived and Heaven has just received an amazing soul to fly among the angels  to watch over us!  Hugs to his family. 

I think what I’ll miss the most is his smile. Papi could light the whole world up with that smile. He could turn a whole day around with his smile. He never had to put on a fake expression because the man was the epitome of kindness and love. Everything about him was genuine and heartfelt. And his love for his family was incredible. Mine and Jesse’s babies worshipped the ground he walked on... especially Bexley. When Papi was around, she could have cared less about anyone else... even me and Jess. I am so proud I got to know him on this earth, to call him my father in law, and one day, I know we’ll meet again and I’ll know him by his smile. Love you always, Dad. Til’ we meet again. 

When my family first came to Hbg, The Sepulvedas were one of the 1st families we met, Mr Sepulveda, was spunky, funny, full of laughter/joy, friendly, always willing to give a helping hand and most of all Hugs.. Food and drinks were in abundance at their home..yummy too.. <3 ,You will be missed..most of all.. Thanks for the memories ..REST IN PARADISE...
