Juanita "Nita" Grissett Frink

Juanita (Nita) was born on May 23, 1936, to John and Elma Grissett in Geneva, AL. Along with her older brother Charles Grissett, twin sister Ouida Grissett and younger brother James Grissett the family set up residency in Seffner, FL in the early 1950’s. Nita was predeceased by each of the family of 5, as well as nieces Karen Grissett and Stacey Grissett.

She graduated from Brandon High School in 1955. She began her family in 1957 marrying Earl E. Hayes going on to have two sons Jon David Hayes in 1958 and Craig Alan Hayes in 1960. She and the boys remarried on March 14, 1970, to Thomas W. Frink, Jr.

Nita is survived by sons David Hayes and Craig Hayes, daughter in laws Georgette Hayes and Courtney Hayes, grandchildren Chrissy and Freddy Dones, Matt and Danielle Hayes, Corbin Hayes and Logan Hayes, great grandchildren Donovan Dones, Alex Dones, Arianna Dones, Adeline Hayes, and Ava Leigh Hayes. nieces and nephews Kathy and Jerry Jaeger, Debbie Olson, Connie Culpepper, April and Daniel Winship Donnie and Belinda Grissett. Claudia Frink Jemnez, and sister-in-law Mary Grissett.

A visitation for Juanita will be held Friday, February 16, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 16, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. A graveside service will occur Friday, February 16, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Shiloh Cemetery, 378 E Terrace Dr., Plant City, FL 33565.
