Kathleen Stella Becker

Kathy's journey touched the lives of many, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of strength and resilience. Her unwavering spirit in the face of adversity was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Kathleen S. Becker was born on July 1st, 1950 to the late parents Julia Czerwinski and Edward I Wesolowski in Buffalo, New York. After graduating from St. Mary's School of Business High School in Buffalo, New York, she pursued a license in Cosmetology. After obtaining her license in Cosmetology, she pursued a profession as a hair stylist at JC Penney's for over 30 years. After retiring, Kathy had time for her passion gardening and spoiling her grandson, Jayden.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Barry R. Becker; daughter, Julie A Becker, (daugher-in-law, Samantha Cerra); and her grandson, Jayden Cerra. She is sister of Michael and (Christine) Wesolowski, late Edward and (Judy) Wesolowski, and late Christopher and (late Roberta) Wesolowski. Kathy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

May Kathy rest in eternal peace, free from pain, and may her memory continue to bring comfort to those who mourn her passing.

A funeral service for Kathleen will be held 12 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida, entombment to follow in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
