KELLY, Kenneth E., 59, of Chattanooga, TN entered into rest August 29. He was a graduate of Brandon High School, then went on to work for Bank of LaFayette in Georgia and remained a member of the Lewis Memorial CP Church in Tampa. He is survived by his parents, S.D. and Lucy Kelly; brother, Dennis Kelly and his wife, Nancy; best friend, Steve Baker; aunt, Marteel Garcia, uncle, George Tubbs; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 2-3 pm Sunday, September 7 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 3 pm. Kenneth will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but will live on in their hearts and memories.
