Leslie David Watson

Leslie David Watson of Plant City, Florida entered into rest on January 18, 2021. David was born in Greer, South Carolina. David lived in Plant City, Florida for the last 18 years, retired from Ball Corporation after 26 years, then went to work at Mosaic in Riverview where he worked for the last 4 years. David was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of Tampa, for the last 20 years.

David was preceded in death by his son Leslie David Watson, Jr., mother Thelma Watson, and sister Rebecca McKinney. David is survived by his wife of 45 years Gloria Watson, son Donald Watson, friend Debbie Stanley, father Edward Watson, sister Sue Webb, brothers Kenny Kirkpatrick and Randy (Janet) Watson, Granddaughters Ceara, Tiffany, Kayla, Christin & Leslie, and 2 great grandsons Cameron & Levi.

A Memorial service will be held at First Free Will Baptist Church of Tampa, Florida. Service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 11 a.m. at 11605 U.S. Hwy 92 East, Seffner, FL 33584
