Lillian Mary Tucker Croft, born in Tampa, Fl. on Nov. 26, 1927 to Jesse Craft and Corrine Gibson Craft, went to be with the Lord March 11, 2013. She was preceded in death by Henry “Buck” Tucker; Ellis Carl Croft; her beloved son, Henry L. Tucker, Jr. and parents. She is survived by her loving daughter, Mary Margaret Tucker Gonzalez; son-in-law, John P. Gonzalez (who she loved like a son); granddaughter, Linda Sue Tucker; grandson, John Matthew “Matt” Gonzalez; great grandsons, Joshua Lee Tucker, Hunter Matthew Whaley (Gonzalez); sisters, Lois Drawdy Ferlita, Anne Dobbs; brother, Charles Brackin and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. She worked many years at the Hav-a-Tampa. She lived on the beach in Pinellas County for several years but returned to Hillsborough County in 1993 where she remained until her passing. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Sun City for their wonderful care. A special thanks to her health care aide, Jennifer Purcell. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Thonotosassa for many years. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 16 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home with the funeral service following immediately at 12 p.m.
