

Linda Lois Schintzius, 79, of Brandon, Florida passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Linda built a life grounded in love, kindness, and gratitude. For the past 50 years, she made her home in Brandon, Florida, where she created lasting memories with her family. Her home was a place of warmth, where laughter was shared freely, stories were passed down, and everyone felt welcome.
Linda was a pillar of strength and love. She devoted her life to her family and did so faithfully until her very last breath. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her unwavering love, and the way she made everyone feel special. Whether it was through a home-cooked meal, a listening ear, or a comforting hug, Linda had a way of making the ordinary feel extraordinary. She believed in living life to the fullest, embracing every experience, and never losing sight of one’s dreams or goals.
In 1966, Linda met Kenneth, the love of her life. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised two wonderful sons, Dwayne and Travis. Linda and Ken were blessed to spend 57 loving years together. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken, and her eldest son, Dwayne. Linda is survived by her siblings, Brenda (Carl) and Ronnie; her youngest son, Travis; daughter-in-law, Stephanie; three grandchildren: Chelsea, Travis Jr., and Audrey; and three great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Colton, and Evelynn.
Linda was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandma, grammy, mentor, and friend. She leaves behind a legacy of love and a lifetime of cherished memories, photographs, and stories that reflect her beautiful soul. She was, and will always be, our guardian angel. She will be dearly missed.
