Maria was predeceased by husband Ismael Acosta and parents Tomas Santiago and Dolores Soto. She is survived by her brother Sergio Santiago, with her 5 daughters, Maria Judith, Maria Magdalena, Carmen Elizabeth, Arlene and Mildred. She is also survived by her Twelve Grandchildren, her Four Great Grandchildren and her Two Great-Great Grandchildren, and with Two Great Fur babies.
After retiring, Maria spent her time gardening, cooking and sewing. She was known for her adventurous spirit and loved to travel. She was a very devoted member of her Catholic Church and loved to help people. Maria was full of love to give, full of laughter to share and compassion for her fellow man.
