

Mark Zorn, born on November 18, 1935 in Florala, Alabama, passed away on April 4, 2023. A dedicated, hard-working, reserved, and witty man, Mark left behind an incredible legacy. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Charlotte Zorn, daughter Charleen (Zorn) Seaman, son-in-Law Michael Seaman, granddaughter, Hannah (Seaman) Racine (Colby Racine), great-granddaughter Macie Racine, grandson Blake Seaman (Courtney Sherman), great-granddaughter Margaret Seaman, sister Mary Francis (Zorn) Williams and many nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Jewel Strickland and Ernest Zorn, brother Joe H Zorn, and son Mark Wayne Zorn.
Throughout his life, Mark pursued a diverse range of interests and careers, showcasing his determination and commitment. As a Frogman in the U.S. Navy, Mark served his country with honor and courage, earning the respect of his comrades and superiors alike.
After his time in the military, Mark shifted gears, founding and owning Mark's Gradall Service. His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen allowed the company to grow and succeed, becoming a staple within the community. He was a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 925 chapter for over 50 years. Mark will be remembered as dependable and trustworthy by all who were lucky enough to know him.
Mark's passion for refurbishing classic cars and fishing showcased his ingenuity and craftsmanship. He took great pride in his work, and the results were always a testament to his skill and dedication.
Mark's witty personality and strong work ethic endeared him to all who knew him. His influence will live on through his family and the countless lives touched by his tireless efforts both in his career and personal pursuits.
Mark Zorn will be dearly missed by his family, friends and community, but his legacy as a dedicated and passionate individual will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
