We are deeply sadened by the loss of our dear collegue Marlene.
Marlene left this life too soon!
She was a esteemed professional and left a positive mark in all of us that interacted with her. 
We will keep our memories of a caring, fun and loyal friend and co-worker.

Gonna miss you Marlene, my partner in crime since I got to Tampa in 2006 both at USF and at Shady Grove. I will forever treasure the "groove" we had working together, doing great work, having fun doing it, and of course our special bond as friends. I wish we could have just one more lunch break at WS with you zoning out with your earphone before finishing off the afternoon. The lunch room won't be the same. We will have to diagnose ectopics without you - it won't be the same...Rest In Peace Dear Friend. Shayne P

Marlene was a very close friend of mine. We worked together at Usf for many years and remained friends after I left. She touched so many lives and I will miss her dearly. I love you Marlene and don't be fresh( our inside joke) up there in Heaven . R. I. P. Love you Vero
