

Wren was born on 3/25/1933 to Mary Belle and Joseph Lawrence Dassinger in Enterprise, Alabama. After graduating from Hillsborough High school in 1951, she went on to study cosmetology earning the title of Master of Cosmetology.
After completing her education, she worked at the Seminole Beauty Shop which she co-owned with her mother, Mary Belle Dassinger. Later, she worked for Suntrust Bank where she retired after 18 years of service.
Wren met Edward Rudolph Wheeler, and they wed on December 29, 1957 going on to have 3 children, Dwayne Edward Wheeler, Laura Wren Wheeler and Neil Eugene Wheeler.
After retiring in 1998, Wren spent her time reading, doing needle point, bowling and volunteering at Memorial Hospital. Wren loved the church and bible study. She was a parishioner at Highland United Methodist and later in life Seminole Heights Methodist.
Wren was predeceased by (M & F) Mary Belle and Joseph Lawrence Dassinger, sister’s Jean Morgan Spence, Martha Lydia Stanbro and (Daughter) Laura Wren Wheeler. She is survived by Son Dwayne Edward Wheeler and his wife Donetta, Son Neil Eugene Wheeler and his wife Tammy. Grandchildren Wesley Raines, Nicole Wiemer, Aaron Austin Wheeler, Tina Nicole Rose Marie Wheeler, Veronica Wren Osario. Great Grandchildren, Harley Sierra Raines, Daytona James Raines, Paisely Ann Taylor And Timothy Robert Wiemer
