WEDDEN, Michael “Eric”, 47, of Gibsonton, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017. He was a Locomotive Engineer and a Veteran of the US Navy. Eric loved fishing, golfing, and most of all, his children and family. He is survived by his children, Tyler Wedden and Hilary Wedden; his parents, Robert C Wedden and Linda S Baggett; brother, Robert Wedden; sisters, Kimberly Dinardo and Julie Law; long time girlfriend, Missy Walker; Karen Hughes Voss, the children's mother and the Hughes family that meant so much to Eric throughout his life, and many friends. A visitation will take place on Monday, June 12, 2017 from 6 to 8 pm at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon. A graveside service with Military Honors to follow on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, 10:30 am, at Sarasota National Cemetery.
