Nancy is survived by her daughter, Cindy Cole, of Brandon, Florida, one brother, Paul M. O’Dell, Jr., of Columbia, South Carolina, and one sister, Carolyn Gilmore, of Blountville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Cole, formerly of Brandon, Florida, her parents, and two sisters, Doris Elizabeth O’Dell Payne and Lois Ann O’Dell Miller, formerly of Sullivan County, Tennessee.
Nancy was born on November 3, 1935, in Bristol, Tennessee, to Paul M. O’Dell, Sr., and Grace Violet Ball. She married Bobby E. Cole in December of 1954. After moving to Florida over 60 years ago, Nancy began working for the GTE Corporation, retiring after over 30 years with the company.
Nancy was a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church in Brandon, Florida, and for several years served there as a part time volunteer in the church/school library.
The graveside service will take place on October 29th at 1pm, located at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. The address is 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33511
