OLEARTCHICK, Nicholas, 93, of Riverview entered into rest May 30, 2015. Nicholas was born in Newark, and lived in Belleville, N.J. for over 30 years before moving to Florida. He worked for RCA in the printing department for 25 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. As a part-time musician he and his brothers were known as the Oley Brothers. Nicholas was very artistic and enjoyed painting and making things. He also enjoyed baking and being a jack-of-all-trades. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; son, Christopher; brothers, Joe, John. Survivors include his son, John (Arlene); daughters, Maria O’Brien (Richard), Diana Fusco (Lou); grandchildren, Robert, Ryan, Taylor, Brianna, Noelle, Christina; sisters-in-law, Anne Oleartchick, Clare Holak, Irene Holak. A Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, June 4, 2014 at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 5049 Bell Shoals Road, interment to follow in Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Stowers Funeral Home.
