went to be with her Lord August 5th at the age of 83. Preceded in death by her husband Romulo Monge, 2 sons Carlos Alberto and Julio Alfredo Monge, Otilia is survived by her loving children Jose Luis Monge, Reina Rothlisberger, Rosa Molina and Rolando Antonio Monge, her dear brother Alberto Contreras and her cherished 29 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday August 9th from 2-3pm with a service at 3pm and burial immediately following at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens, 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon.
