LEVENS-MATRAS, Rachel C., 75, of Tampa entered into rest August 25, 2013. A loving wife and mother who will be missed by all who knew her, Rachel enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Albert Matras; son, Cliff Levens; daughter, Laurie Levens; stepchildren, Lynn Smelt, William H. Matras; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson. A private funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Feed The Children in Rachel's memory.
