STAGGS, Riley Jean, 8, entered into rest November 12, 2016. Riley was an amazing and strong little girl who touched the hearts of those around her. Riley was an angel on earth, positively impacting every life she touched. Although her quality of life was limited, she never failed to smile from ear to ear. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her uncle, Randy Staggs. Survivors include her parents, Christopher and Rachel Staggs; sisters, Aubrey, Kinsley; paternal grandmother, Gina and husband, David Foss; paternal grandfather, Randy Staggs; maternal grandmother, Sandra and husband, Doug Cox; maternal grandfather, Mark and wife, Gina Watts; numerous aunts and uncles. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.
