Robert Archie Hunt Sr., age 81, passed away on April 2, 2013 at his home in Spring Hill, Fl. He was born in Moultrie, GA and lived in the Tampa area the majority of his adult life. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and spent his career with the Heath Sign Company. He was a cattle rancher and farmer and enjoyed being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Henson Hunt and Gladys Parker Hunt; brothers, J.R. Hunt and Clyde (CB) Hunt; sister, Geneva Crawford; and stepson, James Grainger. He is survived by his wife, Earline Hunt; his sister, Martha Faye Ackerman; sisters-in-law, Lily Mae Hunt, Margaret Hunt; children, Robert Hunt (Cheryl), Stanley Hunt, Patricia Hunt Matthews (Rick) and Marie Dornburgh (Trevor); 21 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 9 nieces and nephews. A beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather he will be dearly missed. Services will be at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon Blvd. Brandon, Fl. Visitation from 11:00am to 12:00 with funeral service at 12:00 and internment at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
