PERKINS, Robert L., 82, longtime resident of Brandon, entered into rest July 24, 2015. Robert was the co-owner of Perkins Automotive with his brother Doug. He enjoyed hunting and woodworking. Robert was a member of Brandon Masonic Lodge No. 114 F&AM. A wonderful husband, father, grandfather he will be missed by all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice; parents, Leo and Jane Perkins; sister, Karen Horn; brother, Douglas. Survivors include his son, Gary A. Perkins (Jennifer); daughters, Pamela J. Rousakis (Thomas), Michelle M. Reeh, Debbie L. Jones, Barbara J. Evans; brother, Joseph C. Perkins (Leanne); many grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Stowers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
