

Roseanne Asprinio passed away peacefully on May 24, 2017 at the age of 67. Roseanne was born in Queens, New York and raised on Long Island before moving to Rochester NY for college, later meeting her husband Carl and eventually settling with her family in Lithia Florida. Roseanne graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport where she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees. She taught elementary education in Webster, NY and at the Fishhawk Creek Elementary School in Lithia Fl. Throughout her professional life Roseanne taught a variety of subjects including math, writing, reading, social studies and science to diverse and wonderful students. She continued to update her vast knowledge and improve her teaching skills throughout her career. Roseanne inspired her students to achieve their highest potential. They won numerous awards including the Battle of the Books and the Tropicana Speech. Roseanne’s pride in her student’s accomplishments was always evident for all to see. In her free time she loved traveling to Hawaii and the Eastern Caribbean islands. She enjoyed and loved her beautiful Maltese puppies Anniemae, Snowflake, Joey and Bella. Roseanne is survived by her husband Carl and daughters Christina Asprinio Howse and Melissa Asprinio all of Tampa, Fl, her brothers Greg Buggé of West Windsor, NJ, Leonard Buggé of Albuquerque, NM, and Charles Buggé of Spring Hill, FL. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 30, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00PM at Stowers Funeral Home 401 West Brandon Blvd. Brandon, FL 33511.
