WOOTEN, Ruby C. Willis, 90, passed away August 16, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Eugene Wooten; one brother; and seven sisters. She is survived by one son, Samuel E. Wooten; daughters, Mavis Garcia (Bob), and Ima Jean “Jeannie” Fiedler; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters; and a large family of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday, August 19, 2011 at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon; with a funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2011 at East Chelsea Baptist Church, 7225 East Chelsea Avenue, Tampa.
