SCOLARO, Salvatore “Sammy”, 86, of Tampa, Fla. was called home to the Lord and his one true love Tessie Scolaro July 18, 2016. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a Master Plumber/Pipe Fitter of Local 624 with 35 years of service. Salvatore was preceded in death by his wife, Tessie; son, Kenneth. Survivors include his children, Theresa, Tom, Steve Scolaro; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 on Sammy and Tessie’s 65th wedding anniversary at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. Sammy will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
