Cathy, I am so sorry to hear that your mother has passed away. She was a kind, caring, sweet woman and always had a smile on her face who shared many stories of her life. She was always so nice to my children. Thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

Mary and Cathy, I am praying for you both. I know how hard it is to lose your Mom. At least you have that hope that you will see her again and that she is at peace and whole again. I have great memories of being at your house. She always seemed so sweet and laid back and let us be ourselves around her. She always made me feel welcome. Take the time to grieve and be thankful for having her in your lives. Love you both!

My mom loved her family more than she loved herself. As I reflect back on my childhood, I remember mom Always putting us kids first. At the holidays we all got new outfits but she did not, yet she never complained.
I am very grateful that she was a Christian woman and took the family to church every week. We grew up in a Christian home filled with love and selfless giving. I live for Jesus today because my mom made sure that I knew Him.
We shared a birthday and I have so many wonderful memories of us going shopping, laughing and just having a great time. I will Always love her and will forever miss her but I know that we will be together again one day in heaven. Until that time, I take comfort in knowing that she is having a great time catching up with my little brother, she missed him so much and now she's holding him in her arms!
Until we meet again momma, I love you,
Mary Jane

Shirley and I have been best friends since we were teenagers, as well as being sisters in law. I love her and we always made each other laugh. I have many, many good memories of Shirley.

My prayers are with her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as her brothers and their families at this sorrowful time. Also, many nieces and nephews who also loved her.

I find comfort in knowing that Shirley is now in our Heavenly Home with her husband (my brother) and their son John.

We will all miss Shirley and she will never be forgotten.
