She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Angelo “Nick” LoCicero, and grandson Larry “Bub” Jones. She is survived by her children, Dee-Etta Penhallegon (John), Denise Todd and Angelo “Nick” LoCicero (Lisa) and three siblings. She also had 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Shirley was a graduate of Turkey Creek High School class of 1954 where she was a majorette.
Shirley retired from GTE and was a member of Countryside Baptist Church in Valrico. She was also a member of the New Glory Bound Singers where she played bass guitar and sang gospel music across the state.
