Steven was born on June 17, 1966 in Sunbury, PA to Robert “Bob” and Ruth McWebb. He graduated from Brandon High in 1982. He then studied Auto-Cad drafting at Erwin Technical College in Tampa. Steven worked for many years in the field until he was paralyzed in 2009.
Steven was predeceased by his father Bob and is survived by his mother Ruth and his brothers Scott, Gary and Patrick.
A Celebration of Life for Steven will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 11:00am at the Russellwood Condominiums Clubhouse at 714 Oakgrove Dr., Brandon, FL 33510.
Casual attire is acceptable.
