I loved Mr. Tommy and Bahama Mama. I echo Scott Higgins Sentiment and know what a wonderful reunion it must've been.

Tom was a big part of FBC life for many of us growing up. Heaven just added a great power forward to its B-ball Squad!

I remember Mr. Kerr & family from Six Mile Creek Baptist Church. He always had a smile! My condolences to the family.

My heart and prayers are with Mr. Kerr's family. Some of my greatest moments in life were playing ball with Mr. Kerr. He was a die hard Tennessee Fan. GO VOLS!!!

Oh sad to see but, what a reunion he is having now. Playing basketball in heaven forever.

We have been on many choir tours with Tommy and Martha. Both now at the feet of Jesus!

Prayers for the family. I know that Martha is greeting him and showing him the ropes in Heaven.

So sad to hear this news! He was such a kind man and I have fond memories of when we were on choir tour!!

No one played like Martha! Bahama Mama to the youth group. And no one played church sports like Tom.

Bahama Mama!! She and Mr. Kerr were two of the GREATS!!
I know they are rejoicing together at the Throne of Grace!!

I've never known anyone personally who could play like her Mrs. Mattox. I loved hearing her play!!

I still miss Martha, and loved her piano playing.

Our heart felt sympathies to those who knew and loved Uncle Tommy. We are deeply saddened at his passing, he will be missed more than words can convey.

Marty and Michael,  I am so saddened, and sorry to hear of Uncle Tommy's  death.  I have a lot of happy memories for him.  He was such a loving person. He also told me he loved me every time I saw.  My dad loved his big brother. My heart goes out to the  both of you. It has been over 1 1/2 years since we lost dad,and I think of him and miss him daily. God bless you in your difficult time. Pop Pop you were such a great grandparent to me, I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I told you before you went to heaven that you and Grammie were angels sent to me by God himself and he needed those angels home. You are happy and that's what matters most. I love you the bestest in  the whole wide world, and I know you and Grammie look down on me with pride. You were so amazing thank you for everything you've ever done for me, you've helped shaped me into the young lady that I am today. I will be joyful for the moments He let me spend with you all the way down to your last breath. I know your not suffering anymore which makes me at ease. Spending those last moments with you will forever be in my heart. I know that you wouldn't have wanted to go through more surgeries and procedures just to be bedridden, that would've been miserable. Michael & Marty - I was saddened to hear that Uncle Tommy had passed away.  My fondest memory of your dad will always be  UT and Florida Gators football games .  I think dad (John Kerr)  and Uncle Tommy took turns calling each other during commercials - they sure did love Tennessee Volunteer football and singing "Good Ole Rocky Top"..
