GLAUSIER, Velma “Tootie”, 71 of Seffner formerly of Richwood, W.V., entered into rest August 2, 2015. Tootie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Clifford; son Mark (Dana); daughter, Theresa DeGroat (Derrick); seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Stowers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
