HARTLEY, Vilma Norma, 83, of Valrico, passed away May 20, 2018. A Tampa native, she is survived by her loving husband Leonard Hartley; daughters Deana McCoy and Diana Saine, son John Perez, step-children Donna Jones and Leonard Hartley; 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Vilma was loved by many and touched the hearts of all who knew her; she will be sadly missed.

A Celebration of her Life will take place Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon Blvd., Brandon, FL 33511.
