A longtime resident of Florida, Bill was a business owner known for his compassion and decency, positively affecting everyone around him. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Germany during the height of the Cold War. Bill cared deeply for others and the welfare of animals. He is survived by brothers, Robert, Gene, and Roy, Jr and was predeceased by his parents, Roy, Sr and Selma.
A celebration of life for William will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Boulevard, Brandon, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bill’s name to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
