SHIELDS, William "Bill" 78, of Brandon, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2013. Bill was born in Pensacola, Florida to Francis and Marie Shields. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 28 years before settling in Brandon. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Pauline; and son, Andrew, of seattle. Bill will be deeply missed by his family and friends.A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at StowersFuneral Home in Brandon, Florida.Burial to follow at FloridaNational Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
