STEARNS, William F. “Billy” of Valrico, passed away August 9, 2013. Mr. Stearns was an avid Nascar fan, loved country music and model boat racing. Owner and operator of Stearns Peat Company for 60 years. A longtime resident of Brandon area. Mr. Stearns is predeceased by his wife, Margie Stearns. Mr. Stearns is survived by son, Kenny Stearns (Kathy); daughters, Rhonda Miller (Craig) and Cindy Ellison; brother, Carl Stearns; sister, Valera Oliver and six grandchildren. The visitation is from 11:00am-12:00pm with funeral service at 12:00pm at First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale on Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Private family burial service at Bloomingdale Cemetery.
