

Beloved wife of the late John Baran Sr. (2010). Loving mother of Helen (Raymond) Masters, Chester (Kathy) Baran and the late John Jr. Dear Baba of Jeannine (Alex) Schuts, Christopher and Tracy Masters, Tyler, Kyle and Stephanie Baran and Linzi Baran. Great-grandmother of Lofton, Morgan, Jacob, Savannah, Evyn, Kayson and the late Stephen Christopher. Adele will be sadly missed by her brother Stanley Pietrkiewicz and sister-in-law Stella Neziol. Predeceased by brother Joseph Pietrkiewicz. Adele was a long time member of St. Joseph's Parish and the CWL. She enjoyed cooking and spending time at the Casino. The family would like to thank the staff of the Cardiac Care Unit of the Brantford General Hospital, Dr. Adam Norris, Dr. Miller, Dr. George, Dr. Koubaesh and Dr. Ansari. The family will receive friends at the "THORPE BROTHERS' FUNERAL HOME", 96 West St., on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 235 Brant Avenue, on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 11am.
