Peacefully at the John Noble Home on Thursday February 9, 2012 in her 81st year. Daughter of the late Edward Dickson and Hazel Halstead. Loving mother of Fred and his wife Debbie and Paul Fitzgerald. Dear grandmother of Iaan, Meagan, Aaron and step grandmother to Sheryl (Lance) and Kim (Jamie). Step sister of Beverly Atkinson, Sylvia (Joe) Miller and sister-in-law of Jean (Mary Dickson). Predeceased by her daughter-in- law Kim, her brother Keith Dickson, step brothers Ken and Doug Hackborn, also survived by many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel”, 96 West Street on Tuesday February 14th from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. Funeral Service in the chapel at 12:00 noon followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
