We are heartbroken to announce the sad passing of our dear mother, Barbara Ann Vizsy. She is predeceased by her husband ( Arnold) Paul Vizsy Sr. and son Dennis Vizsy, as well as siblings Don Simmons, June Denomy, William Shannon and Robert Taylor Sr. Also predeceased by her dear sister in law Diane (Ron) Hoover.
Barbara will be missed by her four other children : Mary (Ross), Paul (Anne Marie), Kim (Richard), Brian (Onelia).
Barbara enjoyed her grandchildren Suzy (Jon), Sean (Diana) , Jilly (Dean) , Serena (James), Mykayla, Olivia, Jamie and great granddaughter Cherish and niece Christine.
We would like to thank Rivera Retirement home for her care in her later years and the extraordinary compassion and assistance of the doctors and nurses at Brantford General hospital.
The family will receive friends at the Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home & Chapel, 96 West Street, Brantford on Friday, December 17, 2021 from 2pm – 4pm and 7pm – 9pm. A celebration of her life will be held in the Thorpe Suite on Saturday, December 18 at 11am.
