Peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday April 25th 2011 in her 82nd year. Predeceased by her husband Keith (2009) and son Michael (1995). Loving mother of Michele and her husband Brad Totten and Susan and her husband Peter Cirka. Dear grandmother of James and Jeff Totten. Dear sister of Kay, Albert, Simon, Pauline, Madeline, predeceased by Marie, Henry, Jay, Johnny, Margaret, Gerrie and Lorraine. Bea was a faithful volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul and she will be missed by many friends and family. At Bea’s request, cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel”, 96 West Street on Friday April 29th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, 133 Murray Street on Saturday April 30th at 10am followed by a reception in the Carriage House. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery on a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
