Bernice Moskal

Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Friday, October 11th, 2013, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the Late Kazimierz “Kaz”(2011). Loving mother of Mitch and Diane, Cathy and John, Sophia and Stan and predeceased by an infant son Ted. Dear Babcia of Monica (David), Jennifer (David), Karen (Elliot), Andrew (Tara), Daniel (Misty), Steven (Becki), Greg (Ania), Jeff (Carla) and Melissa (Johan). Proud great-grandmother of twelve. She will be fondly remembered by many relatives and friends in Canada and Poland. Bernice was a long-time member of the St. Joseph’s CWL and Seniors Club. She will be missed by all and we have been blessed to have had this incredibly kind, generous and humble woman in our lives. Family and friends will be received at the “THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL” 96 West Street, on Tuesday, October 15th from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm; with CWL Rosary being held at 3pm and Parish prayers at 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 16th at 10am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
