As the matriarch of the family, Donata devoted her life to family. She was the dearest wife to The Late Raffaele Suglio (2015) of 68 years. Mother to Leo (Maureen), Florence Carrozzella (The Late Mario), and Maria. Grandmother to Tony (Carmen), Darren (Beth), Richard, Stefanie (Dax), Brianna, Lance (Shawna), and two great- grandchildren Julian and Mikayla. Donata is predeceased by parents Vito and Filomena, step mother Palma, sisters; Lucia (Rocco), Filomena (Antonio), brother Guiseppe, father and mother-in-law Leonardo and Filomena, brothers in-law, Giovanni Suglio, Luciano D’Aloia, and Vincenzo Suglio (Antonietta) and many nephews. She is survived by her brother in-law, Tony Suglio (Luisa), sister-in-laws Livia D’Aloia, Vincenza Suglio (The Late Giovanni), Leonilde and many nieces and nephews. Nothing brought Donata more joy than family Sunday lunch which started Saturday afternoon with family role call to confirm attendance. Donata proudly served traditional Italian homemade pastas - fettuccine, cavatelli & lasagna to mention a few, but none were more special than her Pugliese orrichette and her famous taralli. Donata will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
