Bethune, Eric Wayne - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, October 27, 2014 in his 69th year. Beloved father of Jeffrey Dwayne Bethune (Saheera) and the late Deric and Wilbur. Devoted grandfather to Kaden Bethune. He will also be fondly remembered by his step daughter Tara Bethune and ex-wife Janet York. Eric had a passion for all things mechanical and always took great pride in his cars. He had a great fondness for Christmas and loved country music. He was a wonderful father who prioritized his son above everything else and never asked for anything. Eric was a former employee at Massey Ferguson, Farris Industries, Teledyne, General Seating and finally retired after some time at Babcock & Wilcox. A visitation will be held at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home & Chapel”, 96 West Street, Brantford ON on Saturday November 1st from 2-4pm.
