Francis Michael Hardy

Frank Hardy, beloved husband of Lois Hardy (nee Keegan), passed away on July 20, 2017 at the Brantford General Hospital. He was 93 years of age. Much loved father of Robert (Susan), Dolores (Hank), Jim and Nancy. Proud Grandpa of Neil and Kathryn; Lindsay (Jack) and Neil; Michael (Kim), Justin and Amanda. Cherished GG of Ty and Talia. He is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his parents John and Rose Hardy of Melville, Saskatchewan, 11 sisters, 4 brothers and his son-in-law John Foss. Frank was a WWII Veteran and a retired employee of Etatech (Robbins & Myers). He was also an active member of St. Mary’s Parish. The family would like to thank the CCAC and VON for the wonderful care Dad received at home. Family and friends will be received at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West St., on Sunday, July 23, 2017 from 6-9pm. Parish Prayers at 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Church (St. Mary’s) on Monday, July 24 at 10am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
