Passed away peacefully at home after a brief illness on Tuesday March 29, 2011 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Gabriella. Dear father of Gregg (Yvonne) and Penny. Dear grandfather of Matthew and Madison. Step-father of Baldev (Mike), Amarik (Caroline) and their families, Eric, Valerie, Trevor, James and Nicholas. He will be fondly remembered by Noreen Arns and Gabriella’s family in Germany, the Netherlands and by many friends and neighbours. At George’s request, cremation has taken place. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre or the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated.
