Irene Piasecki

Gone to be with her Savior at the Stedman Community Hospice, Hankinson House, Brantford on Saturday February 28, 2015 in her 87th year surrounded by the love of her beloved family. Beloved wife of the late John Piasecki (2009). Cherished sister of Wanda Chmiel and John Sadkowski. Much loved sister-in-law of Julie Donelle. Predeceased by her parents Ignace and Mary Sadkowski, father and mother-in-law Joseph and Agnes Piasecki, brother Marian Sadkowski, brother-in-laws John Chmiel, Abbie Donelle and sister-in-law Grace Sadkowski, also lovingly remembered by her devoted niece and god daughter Diane Hooper and all her nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the “ THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL” 96 West Street on Tuesday March 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm with Parish and CWL Prayers at 7:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 235 Brant Avenue on Wednesday March 4th at 10:00 am. Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. If desired, donations to St. Joseph’s Church Elevator Fund, Stedman Community Hospice, Hankinson House or Charity of your choice would be appreciated.
