So I guess the shut down up there can start, cause The Lord just took one of his best foremen back. So now when ever I see lighting; I know there is some welder slacking off, and dads yelling weld faster. When I hear thunder I know something didn't fit; so dad must have said get the hammer and make it fit. So watch out we might get some pretty wicked storms, cause all the boilermakers know dad doesn't stop till the job is done. love you dad xoxoxoxo

Written by Scott Millette for his dad.

heaven gained another beautiful soul. Uncle Jimmy you will be missed. You raised 5 boys who today are great men because of you, and have a wife whose love will never fade. I am sure that my Dad was there to greet you -- you can watch the Leafs games together and be proud watching your loved ones grow. <3

I'd like to extend my deepest condolences to the Millette family. Jim was one of the greatest Father, friend, and all around stand up men I have ever met. Everyone who was fortunate enough to have had Jim in their life, was a blessed soul. I wish I could attend his service to show my respect and to celebrate Jim's life. However, I fly out of Hamilton Monday morning. To all the boys and Barb....Jim was a real man... and loved by everyone. I'm so extremely sorry for your loss...I love you all.

R.I.P. Jim, Our deepest sympathy to the entire Millette family on the loss of such a great man. Jim will not be forgotten. Every time the Millette family or a group of Boilermakers get together, their stories of life at home, on the claim, and on the road echo the life we lived. Our stories pass from generation to generation. As 30 & 40 plus year Boilermaker members retire and fade away from the lime light, generations of our sons and daughters live on to carry forth what we collectively taught them, and make their own path in their own stories and history. Hats off to you Jim. I can only say I'll smile every time I hear your name. Sincere Condolences from Dennis Hewko & Family.

Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of Uncle Jim. Thank-you for letting me tag along on your dates and giving me the pride of being the flower girl at your wedding to Auntie Barb. Always in my thoughts.
