CREATH, Jean Galbraith – At the Brantford General Hospital on Friday, April 8th, 2016 in her 97th year. Daughter of the late A. Ellston Cooper and E. Maude Galbraith; beloved Wife of the late Morton Norman Creath (1996) and the late Lieutenant Raymond Wood Thomson (Caen, France 1944); dear Mother of Heather Thomson Creath (the late Luke Moser 2015) of Fort Erie ; David and his wife Valorie and family, Aaron and Kathy Fielding, Lauren and Aimee of Victoria, B.C. and Rose and Luigi Casasanta, Luca and Orlando; Janet and her husband Neil Faulkenham; Mary and her husband Leslie Misner of Burford ; and Sheila (deceased 1990); loving Grandmother of Craig Faulkenham (Karen) and their daughter Emma of Paris; Aaron Faulkenham; Kristopher Misner (Natalie) and Lesley Misner; predeceased by her siblings Doris Patterson (1957), Ellston Cooper Jr. (1962), Keith (2008) and his wife Marjorie (2002). Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the Thorpe Brothers’ Funeral Home and Chapel, 96 West Street On Monday, April 25th from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. A Celebration of Jean’s Life will be held in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Farringdon Burial Ground. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jean’s memory to St. Mark’s Anglican Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
