I am sending our condolences on behalf of Teenie Dubecki and her family. As she is in long term care at St. Josephs, I am sure she would want us to extend her sympathies.
Mrs. Matwijiw was a strong contributor to the Ukrainian Catholic Church which was also so important to our mother. She was an important part of the "ladies in the kitchen" which were so dear to our Mom. Those were indeed happy times for all the ladies even though it was a lot of work.
We extend our deep sympathies to the Matwijiw family on their mothers passing!

So sad to read that Josie has gone to her final resting place, as far as I recall, she made herself busy donating her time and talents to whomever needed it. For many years she helped my brother Bill and myself in the greenhouses. Many drops of sweat were spilled in the summer months when it was hot.
May she Rest In Peace now, her labour’s have come to an end and may God’s blessings bring her the happiness she has earned.

Dan & Myron ........So sorry for your loss ........What a wonderful person your mother was.......always made me feel more than welcome in her home anytime I would drop over even if I showed up unannounced which was usually the case ...lol........I have fond memories of working in the greenhouse with you and your mom and her great sense of humour at our daily “coffee time”.......may she rest in peace.........back together once again with her husband........
