Our friend, Lil, was a truly exceptional lady. She lived each day with kindness, caring, generosity, wisdom and gentle strength. It was our great privilege to be a part of her life, both professionally and personally. Rest In Peace, Lil...we will never forget you.

Lill always made people feel good. I remember doing many activities with Lill and her family. She always went out of her way to help, make you laugh or listen. The recent lacrosse Jr C championships at the Gretzky Center, Lill was the head cheer leader and was even seen getting pictures with the team after the game! Just one of many of Lill's great memories. No matter how much or little she had she was able to see the positive in life. She will be greatly missed. The Baldin family appreciated her support and love.

Lil has been a profound influence in my life. She has been a person of great courage and determination. I remember our first meeting was many years ago when I was a young teacher at St. Basil’s School. She was a fierce defender of her children. She typed my university essays when we were reunited at St. John’s. At Saturday night mass she was a familiar presence and as guidance department secretary she was a “no nonsense “ influence on the students. She made costumes for our school drama productions and accompanied us on student excursions. I am a better person for having been her friend.

Unfortunately I am away and unable to attend in person but know that I am with you in prayer.
