Peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital, on January 11th, 2014, in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Dominic. Loving mother of the Late Daniel, James, Dominic and Brian (Debbie Marklew). Devoted grandmother of Danielle, Michael, Amanda, Christopher, and Matthew. Dear great-grandmother to Mary, Harmony and Maddy. Madeline will be sadly missed by in-laws Anne DeRosse, Isabel Iezzi, Victor (Bernice) Iezzi, Dee Iezzi, Betty Bruce and many other extended family members. Family and friends will be received at the “THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL” 96 West Street, on Monday, January 13th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm with Parish Prayers at 6:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 133 Murray Street, on Tuesdsay, January 14th at 10am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
