Suddenly at home on Sunday November 21, 2010 in his 56th year. Common law husband of Judy McHaffie. Dear father of Tracy Almert (Jeff), Michael McKernin, Tim Meisener (Crystal), stepfather of Diana, Sherri, Rick, Melissa and Mike; survived by several grandchildren. Brother of Les (Mary), Terry (Sue), Raymond (Maria), Sharon Thompson (Ed). Son of Leslie Blancher and predeceased by his mother Winnifred Matthews, fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews. At the request of Bob, cremation has taken place.
The family will receive friends at the ‘Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel, 96 West Street on Saturday November 27th from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. A Celebration of his Life will be held in the chapel at 1:00 pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
